Who is TC Pilot
TC Pilot is a California based company built by agents, for agents. We were tired of transaction coordinators who would get too busy and inevitably drop the ball eventually, so we created systems and automations to ensure that never happens again.
We're systems people
Transactions are highly variable in complexity but the paperwork can be treated as a system. Every transaction has deadlines, needs follow-ups done, and is completed using forms. We've built systems where they make sense, and keep human input where it's needed.
Not paper pushers
We've personally sold real estate, not just processed the paperwork, giving us a deeper understanding of your day to day life. We understand the nuances of real estate transactions from the inside.
More than just paperwork
We found there was something missing between your transaction paperwork and the company that stores it. You need somewhere to see your transaction progress and the current state of the file. So we built exactly that.
Why capacity is the whole problem
A transaction coordinator's quality is almost entirely a function of how many files they're carrying. At five files, everyone is excellent. At twenty-five, the same person is drowning in to-do's and follow-ups. Most TCs work from spreadsheets and their email inbox.
It's a capacity problem, and most TCs will hit it eventually once they start getting referred around. They can't hire their way out of it cleanly either, because every new hire brings training and limits.
So we took on the task of fixing the busy work instead. Intake, filing, versioning, deadline tracking, status updates and the routine chasing all run on systems we built rather than on someone remembering or a spreadsheet. What's left is the part that genuinely needs judgment, and that's where the humans spend their day. It's why we can take more files without the usual drop in quality, and it's the entire reason this company exists.

I sold real estate in California for ten years. Starting with first-time buyers who needed every page explained twice, to eventually specializing in investors running multi-property, multi-state 1031 exchanges where a blown deadline costs real money.
At some point I realized that my strength wasn't building rapport or being the emotional support person for my clients. It was the systems I could create to ensure their deals went smooth. This realization led me to pivot from selling to creating systems in my own business as well as consulting and partnering with other businesses to help with their systems and automations.
Given my passion for real estate, I wanted to continue to help people without the needs that come along with showings, reassurance calls, and being the emotional center of the largest purchase of somebody's life. Leading to the founding of TC Pilot.
We took the parts of the job that are pure repetition and put them on rails, with backend automation handling intake, filing, versioning and deadline tracking. It means the humans here spend their time on the things that actually need a person, and it means getting busier doesn't quietly turn into getting worse.
