Deadline reminders and transaction status, sent to your phone by HousePilot Inc. (TC Pilot). Everything below is what you are agreeing to, and you can stop it at any time.

What we send

Messages are transactional and relate to your account or a transaction you have opened with us. Specifically:

  • Transaction status updates on files you have opened with us.
  • Reminders ahead of contractual deadlines and contingency dates.
  • Requests for missing documents, signatures or information needed to complete your file.
  • Replies to questions you have texted us about a transaction.
  • Notices about your account, such as sign-in codes.

We do not send promotional or marketing texts to this program. If we ever want to, we will ask for separate consent first.

Frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on how many transactions you have open with us and how active they are.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@tcpilot.com. You can also call (650) 750-7458.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe immediately. Nothing else is required. Opting out does not affect email or phone, and does not affect our work on your files.
Consent is optional
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing or using HousePilot Inc. services. The box below is unticked by default and the form submits either way.
Your number
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Delivery
Carrier support and delivery depend on your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
